When can I call you?
During customer phone support hours or in an emergency.
How quickly do you reply to e-mails?
Usually within 24 hours on working days Mon-Fri / 8-17. Weekends and public holidays may vary.
What are the studio opening hours?
Daily Mon-Sun / 8-22 is when you can come to the studio to create based on a booking. It is not when we are physically there.

On working days Mon-Fri / 8-17 by e-mail or phone, which you'll find in the contacts.
Is your studio secured?
Yes, the studio is under camera surveillance for your safety and ours.
Is there staff present in the studio?
A tutor is present in the studio during Monday consultations or at our workshops and courses. On other days the studio is self-service without tutors present.
